C.W. Wright Construction Company, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Assistant for our South Chesterfield, VA corporate office. This fully onsite role supports field operations with timesheet accuracy, invoicing, and crew logs.

The ideal candidate brings high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with Office apps, ERP systems, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; ERP familiarity preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain timesheets for payroll and equipment hours.
• Handle weekly T&M-based invoicing with proper documentation.
• Maintain daily crew location logs and track absences/O.T.
• Invoice materials related to direct-billable T&M contracts.
• Secure site utilities as needed by field supervisors.
• Assist in manpower and equipment utilization audits.
• Support division staff and maintain division files.
