The role requires interfacing with clients and management, supervising vendors, and maintaining accurate documentation, with training and growth opportunities across Clean Harbors' field services.

Qualifications

• Interfacing with clients and management.
• Managing project-related vendors.
• Managing, reconciling, and reviewing all job-related documentation.
• Performing physical functions per job requirements.
• Successfully completing a background check, drug test, and position-specific physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew.
• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Inspect equipment and the general work area before starting each job.
• Complete all appropriate paperwork, including service receipts, and submit it to designated management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Meet progress deadlines and efficiently utilize resources.
• Follow all local, state or provincial, and federal compliance regulations and rules.
