• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Analytical experience required with 1+ year scheduling experience.
• 1 year of operational experience related to site activity.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with staff planning and forecast development.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff schedules for all distribution functions based on the staffing plan.
• Identify base, seasonal, flex, and overtime needs for all positions.
• Conduct employee schedule preference bids.
• Develop computer-based staffing models to maximize production.
• Coordinate with forecasting and analysis on plan deviations (absenteeism, vacations).
• Lead specialists in timecard reconciliation and site scheduling.
