Via is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily onsite operations in Elmira, NY. This hands-on, high-ownership role keeps services running reliably for riders and drivers, with a focus on safety, scheduling, and continuous improvement.

You will manage drivers, coordinate with city partners, and use data to inform real-time decisions and longer-term solutions that enhance efficiency and rider experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage drivers and contractors.

• Strong communication with drivers, riders, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily onsite operations to ensure safe, reliable transportation.
• Make real-time decisions on fleet capacity, driver supply, and compliance.
• Guide and support drivers to deliver high-quality service.
• Turn rider and community feedback into actionable improvements.
• Use data to diagnose issues and implement efficiency improvements.
• Serve as the operations bridge between city partners, drivers, and Via teams.
