Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years in staffing, HR, or client-facing operational role.

Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations and ensure service delivery alignment with SOPs.
• Engage and supervise talent, monitor performance, and address issues.
• Coordinate with clients and onsite teams to maintain transparent communication.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in compliance audits.
