Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in janitorial commercial cleaning services.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to supervise departments of 15+ employees.
• Ability to maintain a budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cleaners at client locations.
• Coordinate, assign, and monitor tasks based on need and skill level.
• Inspect work to ensure company and client standards are met.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for the cleaning team.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Ensure inventory of supplies and equipment and optimize efficiency.
