Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee cleaners at client sites on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). You will work with the Operations Manager to assign tasks, monitor quality, and serve as the onsite point-of-contact for the cleaning team.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years in janitorial services and 1–3 years of leadership, with strong communication skills and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience in janitorial commercial cleaning.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly, and multitask.
• Proven experience supervising departments of 15+ employees.
• Ability to maintain a budget and use independent judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with general office PC applications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of cleaners at client sites.
• Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level.
• Inspect all work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
• Act as primary onsite point-of-contact for the cleaning team.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and take action.
• Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Ensure efficiency of work and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
