Job summary

Sensational Facility Services is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations and staff scheduling in a fast-paced commercial environment. You will train and supervise cleaning teams, enforce standards, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining high service quality.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with hands-on cleaning experience and a business operations background; degree is preferred but not required,

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Background in business operations, scheduling, and inventory management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Great customer service
• A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning operations, including staff scheduling and oversight.
• Train, supervise, and support cleaning staff to ensure meeting company standards.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement necessary details and improvements.
• Step in to fulfill cleaning duties when required.
• Assist in developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintain equipment.
• Communicate with clients as necessary to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
