Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC in Bellevue, WA seeks an Assistant Director of Operations (ADO) to partner with the Director of Operations in a customer support center. The ADO will drive operational efficiency, coach staff, and lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver excellent service and client satisfaction.

You will analyze data to guide improvements, manage daily activities, and collaborate with leadership to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive leadership experience in an operations or service delivery role.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to maximize team performance.
• Strong service-excellence mindset and ability to meet performance targets.
• Senior-level client expectation management across active client work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations in developing and implementing operational plans and policies.
• Partner with managers in managing daily operations, workflows and deliverables.
• Support client initiatives, participate in client meetings and align teams to drive client satisfaction.
• Oversee staff performance and coach teams to meet quality standards and operational processes.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision making and drive improvements.
• Drive engagement growth through successful project delivery and leadership collaboration.
• Support engagement initiatives and enhance customer and employee experience.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
