American Iron & Metal (AIM) is a family-owned leader in the metal recycling industry with 125+ sites and 3,500+ employees globally. The role supports data management, logistics coordination, and exceptional customer service in a 100% onsite environment in Phoenix.

Primary duties include accurate data entry, generating reports, calculating driver costs by weight, and maintaining safety and organization. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Organized, responsible, independent, and resourceful.
• Experience working as a scale operator or processing weight readings is an asset.
• Ability to work in a team.
• 100% onsite work environment with Monday–Friday schedule 7:30am–3:30pm.

Responsabilités

• You are responsible for logging information accurately into a centralized database to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• You will create and print various data documents including reports, manifests, and other essential paperwork required for daily operations.
• You are responsible for recording the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles, maintaining precise documentation for compliance and billing purposes.
• You will calculate costs for drivers based on vehicle weight, using established formulas and rate structures to ensure accurate invoicing.
• You are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment, adhering to safety protocols and contributing to a productive workspace.
• You will greet customers and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience through professional communication and helpful support.
