Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks a smart, organized Operations Associate to support senior leadership and cross‑department efficiency in a fast‑paced, data‑driven property management environment.

This hands‑on role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–2 years) who thrives in a dynamic setting and wants real operational exposure across leasing, maintenance, compliance, reporting, and onboarding using our tech‑enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, real estate, project support, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail and quality.
• Tech‑savvy, with ability to learn new systems quickly (property management software, dashboards, checklists, portals, AI prompting).

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating inspections, compliance checks, resident communications, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate leasing activity, maintenance, and resident services with a tech‑enabled operational model.
• Maintain data accuracy, dashboards, resident information, compliance documents, and performance records.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, workflow maps, standard workflows, and checklists across leasing, maintenance, compliance, resident experience, and reporting.
• Analyze process gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency and support real‑time decisions.
• Monitor routine tasks for consistency and adherence to standards.
• Provide structured support to senior leadership including task coordination, follow‑ups, scheduling, and documentation.
• Prepare decks, summaries, and process documentation aligned with organizational goals.
• Organize interdepartmental communication and ensure timely deliverables.
• Track compliance for affordable housing programs, HUD/LIHTC, audits, or other regulatory needs.
• Help maintain 100% documentation accuracy across operational files.
• Collaborate with property operations, marketing, maintenance, and accounting teams.
• Support onboarding workflows by creating templates and guides.
