Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC (AAM Living) seeks an Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and optimize property performance across the portfolio. You will analyze occupancy, leasing, maintenance, and turnover data; maintain reporting and dashboards; identify trends and performance gaps; and help teams improve processes, efficiency, and execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2+ years of experience in operations analysis or property management analytics.
Experience with large datasets from multiple sources.
Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Experience with BI tools like Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze occupancy, leasing, collections, maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and resident activity.
Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership teams.
Monitor operational metrics, identify trends and variances, and highlight areas needing action.
Track unit turns, vendor performance, and other property-level KPIs.
Collaborate with property, operations, finance, and leadership to collect and reconcile data from multiple sources.
Identify process gaps and support practical improvements.
Maintain datasets, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc reporting as needed.
Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
