Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a smart, organized Operations Associate to support senior leadership and cross‑departmental efficiency across our property operations in Texas. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, real estate, project support, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail and quality.
• Tech-savvy, with ability to learn new systems quickly (property management software, dashboards, checklists, portals, AI prompting).
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to translate high-level direction into actionable steps.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a dynamic, operational setting.
• High discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Exposure to real estate, property management, multifamily operations, HOA/association management, or administrative compliance support.
• Experience building SOPs, workflows, or checklists.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, or project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections, compliance checks, resident communications, and maintenance documentation.
• Align leasing activity, maintenance, and resident services with SOPs and tech-enabled processes.
• Maintain data accuracy in dashboards and property performance records.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, process maps, workflows, and checklists.
• Analyze gaps in processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Monitor routine tasks for consistency and timeliness.
• Support senior leadership with task coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
• Prepare decks, summaries, and process documentation.
• Organize interdepartmental communications to ensure on-time deliverables.
