Qualifications

• 1+ year of in-person customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Express Drive rental process and check-in.
• Prepare rental vehicles including fueling, cleaning, tech installation, plates, and inspections.
• Manage vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily operations.
• Flag issues and coordinate with Operations Lead and partners.
• Demonstrate trust and teamwork to achieve goals.
• Represent the brand and maintain high service standards with drivers.
• Take initiative to contribute to team success.
