Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC, through Flexdrive, seeks an Operations Lead in Philadelphia. You will lead a team, overseeing vehicle fleet operations and the Express Drive program, driving performance and continuous improvement.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager, develop your team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safe, compliant workplaces while delivering on key metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fleet or retail/rental environment.
• Proven ability to analyze data to identify performance gaps.
• Experience managing vendors and partners to optimize operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Associates.
• Drive fleet utilization from in-fleeting to disposition; reduce downtime.
• Manage end-to-end Express Drive rental process and trainings.
• Hire and onboard new team members; retain talent.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure safety and compliance.
