Job summary

Flexdrive, a Lyft subsidiary, is seeking an Operations Associate for the Dallas Fort-Worth team. You will support customers at our Flexdrive facilities, guiding them through the Express Drive rental process and preparing vehicles for drivers.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will handle vehicle prep, lot organization, and daily rental operations while upholding Lyft's service standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in-person customer service (retail, hospitality, or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Dallas Fort-Worth area
• Patience and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with the car rental process, including Express Drive support and check-in
• Prepares rental vehicles for drivers (fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates, inspections)
• Manages vehicle lot, transportation, and daily rental operations
• Flags issues to the Operations Lead and partners
• Upholds high service standards and represents the Lyft brand
