This full-time onsite role emphasizes data entry, reporting, and coordination of route sheets, maintenance of records, and compliance documents, with opportunities to learn dispatch and grow within operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or operations support experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Transportation, logistics, trucking, fleet, or waste industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily hauling and transportation operations.
• Communicate with drivers, helpers, dispatch, and management.
• Enter and maintain route, mileage, fuel, productivity, and driver data.
• Process route sheets, work orders, DVIRs, tickets, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with customer service issues and route updates.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
• Organize operational paperwork and maintain filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and operational communications.
• Opportunity to learn dispatch functions and grow within operations.
• Other duties as needed.
