Job summary

Flourish Research in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support oncology trials. This full-time, onsite role offers day-shift hours and a compensation range of $28 to $35 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical research experience, oncology exposure, and strong skills in phlebotomy, EKG/ECG, vital signs, and data collection. You will ensure protocol adherence, obtain informed consent, and maintain source documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Must have oncology clinical research experience
• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience
• Clinical skills: vital signs, EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, injections
• Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform
• Knowledge of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute protocol-specified patient visits and procedures
• Document assessments and study data per regulations and GCP
• Obtain informed consent per federal regs and IRB requirements
• Ethically recruit qualified subjects to meet enrollment timelines
• Schedule and conduct visits per protocol timelines
• Maintain source documentation and CRFs/eCRFs
• Report AEs/SAEs to sponsor and PI per policy
• Protect confidentiality per HIPAA and agreements
• Coordinate with study team and Leads per protocol
