Flourish Research in Detroit is actively seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to support our Detroit, MI site. The role requires coordinating protocol visits, phlebotomy, ECGs, and data entry, while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Oncology clinical research experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience.
• Familiar with ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute protocol-specified patient visits and procedures (phlebotomy, IVs, injections, vital signs, ECG/EKG).
• Document assessments and study data per regs/GCP; maintain source and complete CRFs/eCRFs.
• Obtain informed consent per federal regs, GCP, and IRB requirements.
• Ethically recruit qualified subjects to meet enrollment timelines.
• Complete required training; attend investigator meetings and stay current with policies.
• Schedule and conduct visits per protocol timelines.
• Protect confidentiality per HIPAA and agreements.
• Report AEs and SAEs promptly to sponsor and PI.
• Manage study materials and maintain communication with study team.
