Job summary

Flourish Research in Plymouth Meeting, PA is seeking a dedicated clinical research professional to perform protocol-specified patient visits, phlebotomy, and data entry, within an oncology-focused team.

The role requires at least two years in clinical research, familiarity with GCP/ICH, and strong organizational and communication skills. This onsite position offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Oncology clinical research experience required or preferred.
Minimum of two years of clinical research experience.
Phlebotomy, ECG/EKG, vital signs and injections proficiency expected.
Familiar with e-source reporting and regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH).
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for interaction with PI, team, and sponsors.

Responsibilities

Execute protocol-specified patient visits and procedures (phlebotomy, IVs, injections, vital signs, ECG/EKG).
Document assessments and study data per regs/GCP; maintain source and CRFs/eCRFs.
Obtain informed consent per federal regs, GCP, and IRB requirements.
Recruit subjects ethically to meet enrollment timelines.
Attend training; stay current with regulatory changes and Flourish policies.
Schedule and conduct visits per protocol timelines.
Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and agreements.
Communicate with Leads, Managers, PIs/Sub-Is, and study team.
