Flourish Research in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support our onsite Florida site. This full-time, day-shift role involves executing protocol visits, data entry, informed consent, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of clinical research experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-source platforms. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two years clinical research experience is desirable.
• Clinical skills include vital signs, EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, injections.
• Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform.
• Knowledge of ICH, FDA and GCP regulations.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with PI, team, sponsors and subjects.

Responsibilities

• Execute protocol-specified patient visits and procedures (phlebotomy, IVs, injections, vitals, ECG).
• Document assessments and study data per regulations; maintain source data and CRFs/eCRFs.
• Obtain informed consent per regulations and IRB requirements.
• Ethically recruit qualified subjects to meet enrollment timelines.
• Attend trainings and investigator meetings; stay updated with policy changes.
• Schedule and conduct visits per protocol timelines; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain communication with Leads, Managers, PIs/Sub-Is and study team.
• Represent Flourish professionally in all interactions.
