Job summary

Flourish Research is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator for our Jacksonville, FL site. The role focuses on executing protocol visits, data documentation, and informed consent per GCP and IRB standards.

Ideal candidates have oncology clinical research experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and are comfortable handling study materials and regulatory requirements. Onsite role with regular hours, comprehensive benefits, and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience.
• Oncology clinical research experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Familiar with e-source reporting via an electronic platform.
• Strong knowledge of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute protocol-specified patient visits and procedures, including phlebotomy, IVs, injections, vital signs, ECG/EKG.
• Document assessments and study data per regs/GCP; maintain source; complete CRFs/eCRFs.
• Obtain informed consent per federal regs, GCP, and IRB requirements.
• Ethically recruit qualified subjects to meet enrollment timelines.
• Schedule and conduct visits per protocol timelines.
• Protect confidentiality per HIPAA and all confidentiality agreements.
• Report AEs promptly; report SAEs to sponsor within 24 hours and notify PI/Sub-Is.
• Maintain documentation of communication with Leads, Managers, PIs/Sub-Is, and study team.
