Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for an Office Manager in Streamwood, IL. The role is on-site, full-time, and is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a $25-30 per hour wage. The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations, supervise three admins, and learn responsibilities through on-site shadowing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills with professional phone etiquette and clear spoken English
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude with clients, technicians, and staff
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to sit for duration of shift

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and supervise three administrators
• Work on-site and shadow each administrator for one week to learn their responsibilities
• Report daily activities and operations directly to Brock
• Maintain organized records, take detailed notes, and ensure accuracy
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online
• Follow all policies and procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed
