Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, seeks a motivated Registered Nurse with 2+ years in general medicine, occupational health, or ER nursing. Responsibilities include supporting occupational health programs, health promotion, and accurate medical reporting in a nationwide occupational health setting.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, ACLS certification, and proficiency in phlebotomy, IV draws, and immunizations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or ER nursing.
• ACLS/AED certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV draws and administering immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor occupational health programs with care, oversight, and coordination.
• Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician.
• Provide accurate, well-documented medical reports and assist in protocol creation.
• Conduct job-specific health assessments, pre-employment exams and ongoing surveillance.
• Provide first aid and manage work-related injuries, coordinating follow-up per protocol.
• Perform phlebotomy, IV draws, and administer immunizations as required.
• Evaluate, monitor, and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries under protocols.
