Job summary

Concentra has an immediate need for a full-time Physical Therapist at our client site in Denton, TX. This onsite role focuses on worksite health, injury prevention, and employee well-being, with a starting salary of $81K, negotiable.

The position entails a structured schedule Mon-Wed 8-5, Thu 8-6, Fri 8-4, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality occupational health services and foster a safe workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Licensure required in the jurisdiction.
• Five years of clinical experience; occupational health background preferred or three years with occupational health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide worksite injury prevention and promote health improvement for client employees.
• Manage and prevent job-related musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace.
• Provide first aid and emergency care and refer to medical facilities when necessary.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and Health and Safety Leader to maintain a safe, healthy workforce.
• Mentor therapists and support center operations to achieve clinical and business goals.
