Concentra is hiring an experienced and self-driven Physical Therapist for a full-time onsite role at our clinics in Maspeth and the Bronx, NY. You will deliver high-quality patient care, perform evaluations, and supervise treatment plans in alignment with our Injury Process Management approach.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 10 AM–6 PM. Salary range: $120,000–$135,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus of $8,000. Join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to rehabilitation in occupational medicine.

Formación

• Experience as a Physical Therapist in an onsite clinic environment.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate patients and adapt treatment plans.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality patient care and perform evaluations of motor and function.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and other departments.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Educate patients on exercises and use of supports.
