You will work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance injury prevention and health promotion for client employees, ensuring high-quality care. The role requires clinical expertise, leadership, and strong communication to mentor staff, drive clinical metrics, and coordinate with safety leaders.

Qualifications

• Five years of clinical experience; occupational health background preferred.
• Licensure to practice physical therapy in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prevent job-related musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace.
• Provide first aid care and emergency care; refer to medical facilities when necessary.
• Mentor therapists and coach staff to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical personnel, and safety leaders to promote health.
• Drive patient and client experience metrics and improve outcomes.
