Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to lead an onsite health service clinic, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Operations, HR, Safety, and Finance to support HSE goals. This role manages injury programs, wellness initiatives and emergency response planning.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 2+ years nursing experience, and occupational health or case management experience is preferred. Some travel and scheduling flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• 2 years nursing experience; emergency/critical care a plus.
• Experience in occupational health or case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage an onsite health service clinic.
• Develop and monitor annual budget projections for health services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, DOT, FMLA, ADA).
• Coordinate health programs, training, and employee well-being initiatives.
