You will assess, diagnose, treat, and prescribe within regulatory standards, supervise staff, manage pharmacy and supplies, and drive continuous improvement through audits and reporting. This role emphasizes occupational health collaboration and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current North Carolina NP license in good standing.
• Extensive knowledge of medical practice and occupational health.
• Understanding of medical policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong record-keeping, reporting, and correspondence skills.
• Ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
• Experience with workers' compensation, DOT, and OSHA exams desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality care.
• Prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee occupational health programs and return-to-work processes.
• Ensure compliance through audits and accurate medical records.
• Mentor staff, manage performance, and foster professional development.
• Oversee pharmacy security and medication control.
• Develop health plans and preventive medicine initiatives.
• Monitor metrics with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Build healthcare partnerships across the organization.
