International SOS seeks a Nurse Practitioner to lead daily operations of a high‑performing clinic in a demanding occupational health setting. You will diagnose, treat, and manage patient care while supervising staff and ensuring compliance with health standards.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, regulatory adherence, and collaboration with ES&H leadership to advance rehabilitation, preventive care, and return‑to‑work programs across sites.

Qualifications

• Emergency/urgent care experience.
• Occupational health knowledge and practice.
• Licensure: ACLS, BLS, and DEA required.
• Ability to lead a clinic team and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations delivering high-quality care.
• Prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines.
• Manage rehabilitation, therapy, and return-to-work programs.
• Oversee medical records, audits, and compliance with client procedures.
• Lead performance appraisals and staff development.
• Oversee pharmacy security and medication control.
• Develop jobsite health plans and preventive medicine programs.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on patient trends and staff well-being.
