Job summary

Business Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to support on-site clinics for our host organizations. You will conduct clinical services, health assessments, and case management to promote safer, healthier work environments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• BLS Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience; 2-5 years of occupational health nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and interventions within the scope of practice.
• Evaluate employees with work-related injuries and illnesses for fitness for duty.
• Provide first aid and triage for on-site employees and contractors.
• Offer return-to-work clearances for employees.
• Perform required screenings and manage credentialing programs.
• Provide pre-employment and annual physicals.
• Deliver educational offerings to employees.
• Collaborate with the client's staff.
• Lead or participate in special projects assigned by client leadership.
• Promote and support client wellness programs.
• Ensure adequate clinical documentation of services provided.
• Handle administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, copying, clinic scheduling, medical waste management, and more.
