BCD Meetings & Events is seeking an Event Planner to lead high-touch corporate programs from kickoff to onsite execution in New York. You will partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and flawless detail.

Life Sciences experience is a plus, with a strong focus on compliance, attendee management, and VIP coordination to deliver exceptional client experiences onsite.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating complex meetings and events from registration to onsite execution.
• Experience serving as the day-to-day client contact with clear communication and follow-through.
• Experience in compliance-focused environments requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating vendors, websites, attendee management, reporting and billing.
• Experience balancing VIP needs and deadlines.

• Managing complex meetings and events from registration through onsite execution while keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned.
• Serving as the day-to-day client contact and building trust through clear communication, smart recommendations, and polished follow-through.
