Job summary

W3Global in New York is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial moving, furniture installation, and relocation projects across the NYC metro area. This is a field-first position with heavy on-site leadership.

You will manage crews, coordinate with clients and vendors, read floor plans, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. The role requires hands-on, problem-solving leadership and ability to work nights and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial moving, furniture installation, or related projects.
• Experience directing union labor in the field.
• Ability to read floor plans and installation drawings.
• Comfortable in occupied Manhattan office buildings and flexible hours.
• Strong client-facing communication and ownership of on-site projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial moving and furniture installation projects from kickoff to close-out.
• Lead union field crews and coordinate with clients and trades.
• Maintain project schedules, scope and on-site organization.
• Identify changes and communicate with sales; troubleshoot field issues.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
