The Right Person for This Role
We're looking for someone who is comfortable being accountable for the job from the moment the crew arrives until the client signs off.
You should be able to walk into a busy job site, understand the plan, organize the crew, communicate professionally with the client, identify problems before they become bigger issues, and keep the project moving.
This is not primarily a desk-based project management position. It is a hands-on operations role for someone who enjoys being in the field and leading people.
