Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Field-First Project Manager for a commercial moving company. You will oversee on-site moves and furniture installs, directing union crews and coordinating with building staff across Manhattan and the NY metro.

The role involves frequent night and weekend work in occupied offices, with an on-site focus and indirect oversight of project scope and client expectations, leading to a strong emphasis on safety and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 5+ years running commercial moves in the NYC metro.
• Experience directing union labor in the field.
• Reads floor plans, furniture specs and install drawings.
• Comfortable in occupied Manhattan office buildings, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Runs jobs on site from start to close-out, including office relocations, FF&E delivery and installation, decommissioning and liquidation.
• Leads and directs Local 814 crews and foremen.
• Serves as the client's operational point of contact while the job is live.
• Coordinates with building management, general contractors, furniture dealers and IT vendors.
• Tracks hours, materials and scope changes, and flags change orders to the sales team.
• Closes out jobs with the punch list, final walkthrough and client sign-off.
• Reports to VP of Operations.
