ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time in Providence. The role centers on overnight on-call guest service, handling key access issues, emergencies, and limited check-ins. The position includes living onsite with lodging provided on the overnight schedule.

You will manage hotel keys, assist guests, follow safety procedures, and stay familiar with property policies. Strong communication and time-management are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English; good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notifications from outside service agent for check-ins, emergencies, and security situations.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and safeguard against mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed.
• Organize, confirm, process and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs; greet, register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, collect payments.
• Keep informed of hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Report safety, guest and security concerns per company policy.
