Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid Security Guard License, where required.
• Must be certified in First Aid, CPR, and Blood-borne Pathogens, OR be willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Mattel’s Global Security Strategy to protect people, assets and reputation.
• Enforce security policies to create a safe environment for all employees and visitors.
• Complete security duties and related tasks as directed by leadership and supervisor.
• Conduct patrols on foot, in a vehicle, and digitally; monitor access control and CCTV systems.
• Monitor fire control panel and report maintenance issues; perform incident documentation in Microsoft Office.
• Ensure adherence to badge, registration, and visitor procedures; manage parking safety.
• Assist with IP confidentiality and destruction of IP per Mattel standards.
• Be flexible to cover multiple shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
