Job summary

Mattamy Homes is seeking a New Home Counselor to join our Tampa market. The role involves generating and following up on leads, educating buyers, and guiding them through the sales process from design to closing.

You will build Realtor partnerships and develop local marketing plans to achieve sales goals. The position requires an active real estate license and 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required.
• 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
• Business-minded sales professional with ability to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Adept at building trusting, professional relationships with prospective buyers to procure sales.
• High energy, outgoing, professional demeanor.
• Results-oriented with proven lead conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or other sales software.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow-up on leads, qualify and educate buyers, drive sales volume, and guide buyers through the sales process.
• Develop a community business plan, identify marketing strategies and Realtor partnerships to meet sales goals.
• Educate buyers about community, products, process including design, mortgage, construction and closing.
• Qualify buyers for respective community.
• Communicate, collaborate, and support team members across the sales cycle.
