Job summary

Mattamy Homes is seeking a results-driven Sales Center Associate for our Southeast Florida and other regional communities. The role emphasizes lead response, appointment setting, and active engagement with prospective buyers to secure meetings with New Home Counselors.

You will support sales teams, manage VIP lists, coordinate events, and travel to on-site communities to stay current on offerings and competition. A real estate license and valid driver’s license are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales, marketing or public relations experience in a service-oriented role.
• CRM proficiency is required to manage client relationships and lead flow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed lead response and sales conversion goals.
• Manage VIP client lists and coordinate events and appointments.
• Attend sales meetings and support sales staff across communities.
• Communicate division goals and upcoming projects with sales leaders and marketing.
• Drive prospect traffic and follow up via phone, text, and email.
• Use CRM to track activities, plan interactions and report on performance.
