Job summary

Join Up Campus Management as the New Development Leasing & Marketing Manager for Blume on Ivy in Charlottesville, VA. Lead onsite leasing performance, execute marketing plans, and build brand presence for a brand-new student housing community.

You will drive occupancy and revenue through tours, follow-up, and closing, while coaching a leasing team and coordinating with campus partners to ensure a premium resident experience from pre-leasing through stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in student housing, property management, leasing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in student housing leasing, sales, or property operations.
• Experience leading, training, or coaching leasing teams, interns, or brand ambassadors.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or comparable property management software.
• Experience with marketing initiatives, including social media and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue during pre-leasing, lease-up, and stabilization.
• Personally conduct tours and close qualified prospects via phone, text, email, and in-person follow-up.
• Train and coach leasing staff on Up Campus sales standards, touring practices, and fair housing compliance.
• Lead regular leasing strategy meetings using performance data and team feedback.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors through surveys.
• Manage leasing goals, concessions, and unit pre-placements using the Leasing Tracker.
• Maintain Entrata dashboard for leads, applications, and leases.
