• Respond to incidents requiring physical intervention.
• Diagnose connectivity and infrastructure issues on switches, servers, and firewalls.
• Work with remote engineers to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Perform authorized repairs, maintenance, and firmware updates.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostics and corrective actions.
