Job summary

Apex Systems, LLC is seeking a TS/SCI NOC Specialist to support a large DoD client for INSCOM. This 100% on-site role is located in Charlottesville, VA, with a 3rd shift schedule (12am–8am) and occasional weekend work.

The position requires active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and a CompTIA Security+ or higher/IAT Level II equivalent. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining PC hardware, software, and peripherals; monitoring networks; end-user support; applying updates and patches; and

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.
• DoD Security+ or higher/IAT Level II equivalent.
• Strong customer-facing guidance for accounts, email, and access.
• Experience with AD account management and password resets.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Monitor networks and perform routine maintenance.
• Provide end-user support for hardware/software needs and training.
• Apply updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using automated tools.
• Assist with minor system tasks and field service support.
