Job summary

CEI seeks a Back NOC Analyst (2nd Shift) in Wilmington, Delaware, on-site, to monitor and maintain network infrastructure and promptly respond to incidents. The role uses SolarWinds and a suite of tools to ensure uptime and reliability.

The position is a long-term contract with potential for conversion, with a 3pm–11:30pm shift and cross-functional collaboration across teams to implement upgrades and operational improvements.

• Document configurations, changes, and incidents for tracking and analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support.
• Manage incidents, changes, and requests in ServiceNow.
• Maintain privileged access with Thycotic Secret Server.
• Secure file transfers with GoAnywhere and automate tasks.
• Manage authentication with Duo Admin and ensure access control.
• Configure and support Citrix VDI components.
• Maintain Cisco Unity voicemail systems.
• Configure Infoblox for DNS/DHCP/IPAM and reliability.
