Job summary

CEI seeks a Back NOC Analyst (2nd Shift) in Wilmington, Delaware, on-site, to monitor and maintain network infrastructure and promptly respond to incidents. The role uses SolarWinds and a suite of tools to ensure uptime and reliability.

The position is a long-term contract with potential for conversion, with a 3pm–11:30pm shift and cross-functional collaboration across teams to implement upgrades and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring and maintaining large-scale network infrastructure.
• Ability to respond to incidents promptly and document resolutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools mentioned in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Respond to network incidents using SolarWinds and real-time troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
• Use SolarWinds and Tidal to analyze traffic, address issues, and ensure uptime.
• Schedule and complete tasks with Tidal Workload Automation.
• Use PuTTY for secure device access and configuration.
• Remote access and troubleshooting with VMware vSphere.
• Back up data with Commvault and ensure data integrity.
• Process files in Reinsurance GO and assist with operational workflows.
• Document configurations, changes, and incidents for tracking and analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support.
• Manage incidents, changes, and requests in ServiceNow.
• Maintain privileged access with Thycotic Secret Server.
• Secure file transfers with GoAnywhere and automate tasks.
• Manage authentication with Duo Admin and ensure access control.
• Configure and support Citrix VDI components.
• Maintain Cisco Unity voicemail systems.
• Configure Infoblox for DNS/DHCP/IPAM and reliability.
