Job summary

Acuative is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot network and technology infrastructure at customer locations. You will work with routers, switches, wireless access points, cables, and related hardware across varied sites.

The ideal candidate has hands-on IT or telecom experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel. Paid training is provided, and a company vehicle is included for job duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with network hardware and cabling.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and telecom equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel and work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, relocate, rack, stack, mount, and provide Smart Hands support for routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, servers, and other network hardware.
• Perform installation and maintenance across voice and data networks and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot copper cabling and circuits; document configurations and site surveys.
• Travel to customer sites to complete installations and maintenance; lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders.
• Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and safety equipment.
