Job summary

Acuative is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and maintain networking hardware across voice and data networks, servers, and related systems. The role involves traveling to various sites, performing site surveys, and completing timely documentation.

The position includes paid training, a company vehicle, and potential overtime. You will work mostly Monday–Friday with after-hours call-out opportunities and a strong emphasis on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of networking hardware and topologies.
• Ability to work with voice and data networks, servers, and related hardware.
• Willingness to travel and work after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain networking hardware including routers, switches, and WAPs.
• Perform circuit extensions and structured cabling.
• Conduct site surveys and site audits; complete documentation promptly.
• Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools to standard.
• Provide hands-on hardware and troubleshooting support.
