Job summary

Acuative Corporation is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot network and technology infrastructure at customer sites. You will work with routers, switches, wireless devices, servers, and cabling, often coordinating with NOCs and customer teams.

The role includes paid training, a company vehicle, gas card, and potential overtime. Flexibility to travel and lift requirements are part of the job, with a focus on hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in networking or cabling are a plus.
• Ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and support routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and servers.
• Perform cabling, testing, and site surveys at customer locations.
• Coordinate with remote engineers and customer teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain and service company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Work at heights up to 30 feet and lift equipment as required.
