Qualifications

• Responsibilities include coordinating project infrastructure for property takeovers, budgets, and platform initiatives.
• Establish and maintain centralized document management for properties and compliance documentation.
• Track compliance requirements and maintain a calendar for life-safety drills and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support: meeting coordination, agendas, distributions, minutes, travel arrangements.
• Liaise between leadership and on-site property teams to communicate priorities and share information.
• Coordinate property takeover activities, onboarding checklists, and stakeholder communications.
• Support annual budget process: calendar maintenance, document organization, and submissions.
• Process Yardi changes within scope; maintain logs and audit trails.
• Coordinate platform implementations and training; manage rollout schedules and tracking.
• Audit monthly property bill-backs, manage invoices, and maintain contact databases.
• Build recurring reporting infrastructure with calendars, templates, and distribution schedules.
