Responsibilities

• Manage project infrastructure for property takeovers, budget cycles, and platform initiatives including timelines, deliverable tracking, stakeholder communication, and action-item follow-up.
• Establish and maintain centralized document management for all properties, including management agreements, budgets, contracts, permits, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Track and verify compliance requirements including life-safety drills, permit renewals, regulatory updates, and annual plan documentation; maintain compliance calendar and legislative monitoring.
• Provide executive support including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, materials distribution, minutes documentation, and travel arrangements for leadership and team members.
