Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance at a multifamily property in Boca Raton. The role supports daily work orders, safety, and resident satisfaction through hands-on repairs and upkeep.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant experience, HVAC certification, and strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. This onsite position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and a competitive

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
HVAC certification required.
Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
